While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I found behind its entrance was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .

From the moment I entered , it was evident that upkeep was not a priority at this bar . The ground was covered in grime , and a nauseating aroma of stale beer and uncleaned toilets filled the entire venue . Reeking of a mixture of excrement , putrefaction and illness . The counter , which should be the focal point of any pub, was cluttered with dirty glasses and debris that looked like it had accumulated over weeks. The lavatory was in even a more revolting state — spilling over , with a broken handle and tiles smeared in what I can only assume was human waste .
It wasn’t just a single bad experience either. From reading other reviews and talking to people around , it seems that the quality of upkeep (or lack thereof) at this pub is a persistent problem . Many patrons have reported observing cockroaches darting across the bar area and traces of mice in the bar and house area . For a business that provides refreshments , these issues are entirely inappropriate and raise serious concerns about the integrity of their products .
